Excellent pre-owned condition. Our customer used this bag with lots of care. It was always used with feet protectors and twilly on the handles. All of the plastic are still intact, including the 4 feet. The main body of the bag does not show sign of usage. 2 of the bottom corners show slight signs. It can be easily taken care of with Hermes Spa visit. If you have any question about the condition, please ask.
